\r\nEnd-User License Agreement (\"Agreement\")

\r\nPlease read this End-User License Agreement (\"Agreement\") carefully before clicking the \"I Agree\" button, downloading or using Recycling Insights (\"Application\").
\r\nBy clicking the \"I Agree\" button, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
\r\nIf you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the \"I Agree\" button and do not use the Application.
\r\nLicense
\r\nRecycling Insights grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application solely for your business purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
\r\nRestrictions
\r\nYou agree not to, and you will not permit others to:\r\n
Persons, companies or organisations that are found to have breached these terms will be liable to having their account(s) suspended or permanently cancelled. No financial recompense will be made to those that have had accounts suspended or permanently cancelled for the remaining term of the subscription. Those persons, companies or organisations that have had accounts suspended or permanently cancelled will have the right to appeal the decision in writing by contacting the Board of Recycling Insights via the contact details on the Recycling Insights website. The decision of the Recycling Insights Board will be final. Recycling Insights also reserves the right to take legal action to defend its interests against any individual, company or organisation that has been found to seriously breach these restrictions.
\r\nModifications to Application
\r\nRecycling Insights reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
\r\nRecycling Insights reserves the right to update the functionality and content of the site, adding new features and removing features with or without notice.
\r\nUse of Recycling Insights and Governing Law
\r\nIn order to access Recycling Insights, you may be required to provide information about yourself, other company/organisation users of Recycling Insights and/or your company or organisation (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for Recycling Insights, or as part of your continued use of Recycling Insights. You agree that any registration information you give to Recycling Insights will always be accurate, correct and up-to-date.
\r\nYou agree to use Recycling Insights only for purposes that are permitted by (a) this Agreement and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United Kingdom or other relevant countries). The governing law of the United Kingdom will be selected to control the administration of this agreement.
\r\nYou agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the services provided by Recycling Insights by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Recycling Insights, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Recycling Insights. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers).
\r\nYou agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Recycling Insights (or the servers and networks which are connected to Recycling Insights).
\r\nYou agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Recycling Insights has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under this Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Recycling Insights may suffer) of any such breach.
\r\nUse of data and GDPR policy
\r\nWe may process your personal, company or organisation information and data for carefully considered and specific purposes which are in our interests and enable us to enhance the services we provide, but which we believe are also of benefit to customers and their businesses.
\r\nWe process personal, company or organisation information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include some or all of the following:\r\n
Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.
\r\nYou have the right to object to this processing if you wish, and if you wish to do so please contact Recycling Insights to be removed from our list. Please bear in mind that if you do so this may affect our ability to carry out tasks above for your benefit.
\r\nTerm and Termination
\r\nThis Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Recycling Insights.
\r\nRecycling Insights may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
\r\nThis Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Recycling Insights in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
\r\nUpon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
\r\nSeverability
\r\nIf any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
\r\nAmendments to this Agreement
\r\nRecycling Insights reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
